Rooms: the 17.91–21.16 m² Standard 1R for up to 2 (4 rooms), the 20.91 m² Standard 1K for up to 2 (3 rooms), the 20.91 m² Standard 1K for up to 3 (1 room). Every room has a kitchen with a gas stove and a washing machine.

A cleaning fee is charged once per stay. It is shown in the price breakdown and included in the total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and there is no deposit or key money.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Follow the instructions we send in advance and go straight to your room without a front desk.
What is an apartment hotel?
A place to stay with a kitchen, a washing machine and other everyday facilities in the room, booked and checked into like a hotel. Stays of 1 to 29 nights.
Is the room cleaned during my stay?
As these are short stays, there is no regular cleaning during your stay as a rule (please contact us about long stays).
Can I use the kitchen and washing machine?
Every room has a kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker and a washing machine. Cookware, tableware and laundry supplies are provided.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.
